Our Leadership Team

The passion and goal of our Leadership Team is to shepherd with love and to equip every believer for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ. Our leadership team at Four Towns Community Church recognizes the authority of God and their ultimate service to the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ, and thus desire to devote themselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word of God.

Rev. Dr. Bill Hicks

Senior Pastor

Pastor Bill has served as a pastor since 1986 and has been Senior Pastor for Four Towns Community Church since 2009. He was ordained into the gospel ministry in 1988. He has served as senior pastor in four congregations. His education background includes a Bachelor of Religion degree from Baylor University (Waco, TX), a Master of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary (Nyack, NY), and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. He became a Christ-follower as a child and grew up in a Christian home. Pastor Bill has been married to his wife, Pam, since 1979 and they have five children.

Jordan Hicks

Student Pastor (Intern)

Jordan leads our IMMERSE youth group as a student pastor intern. He is currently a student of Biblical Ministries at Belhaven University. Jordan was a member of his high school varsity baseball team and spent summers working as a lifeguard. Jordan is married to his high school sweetheart, Alicia Roy Hicks.

Renée Solomon

Administrative Assistant

Renée is our part-time administrative assistant working in a variety of capacities, including the role of Clerk, Assistant Treasurer, and Coordinator of the Church's Outreach Ministry.  She graduated from the University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) with a Master of Fine Arts degree.  Renée is the mother of twins, a son and daughter whom she is very proud of, and has been homeschooling them for the last eight years.  In her free time, she volunteers for numerous church and community events, enjoys creating art, spending time with family and friends and helping others.
